I’m not familiar with safe lists. Is that something like traffic exchanges? There you pretty much surf websites and get credits and those credits can be converted into traffic to your own sites.

I use safelists a lot and have not really heard of the 3 you recommend. I would suggest you look at a new site called listhoopla that will show you existing safelists that are currently delivering the best traffic.
