Two of the most important questions internet marketers ask is “how will I build an email list” and “how will I generate website traffic”. I’m pretty sure a lot of us internet marketers are still asking these very same questions.
Well I’m here to tell you that it’s ok , I’m here for you, I’m here to help you get started, I’m here to guide you; before I got into deep into this article I just want to tell you that, you are as powerful as the gurus if not you are more powerful than the gurus. I know you want to build this massive email list, and so do I. We can do it so let’s just work together.
Ok First thing is First, before you start thinking about other internet marketers to opt-in your email list, you must have a plan of action in place.
What I’m saying is you must have an online internet marketing system that consists of:
- Driving targeted website traffic to your squeeze page.Definition Of Targeted Website Traffic= A group of people that is looking specifically for what you are offering as a free incentive in your squeeze page.
- Develop a firm solid relationship with each and every person that opt-in your email list.
- Teach your Opt-ins and recommend products to them to purchase that will benefit them.

I use Premium Squeeze Page Templates for all my email list squeeze page needs it’s the absolute best.
Offer a great free incentive to your email list squeeze page visitors for opting-in your email list. Create a great honest, real, truthful headline. List out the benefits in bullet points and make sure you have some arrow pointing to the opt-in form. Make a great educational video of you teaching; showing that you are an expert in your niche, it makes your squeeze page ten times more attractive and effective, and it will increase your opt-in conversion rate for your squeeze page. You will need an auto-responder if you don’t have an auto responder yet, I recommend TrafficWave for a paid auto-responder I pay $17.95 a month TrafficWave no matter how big my email list gets. For a free auto-responder I recommend ListWire I used it when I couldn’t afford a paid auto-responder, and I just want to tell you I got great results with it.
2. Keep Improving Your Squeeze Page.
You can use Google Analytics to keep track of where your traffic squeeze page visitors are coming from, which page is getting more page views, what is the bounce rate of each page, how long visitors are staying in a page, all of these information and more.
3. Treating Your Opt-in Email List Subscribers The Right Way.
The moment you’re a person opt-in to sign up for your email list, send them to the webpage to give them the free bonus which you promised to give them on the squeeze page.
On this page Mention one Of Your products or services. Take your subscribers by the hand the very minute they get to your site; guide them, put special instructions for them, put graphics, like arrows.
Your main goal with your email list subscribers is to:
- Give them valuable content.
- Educate them on effective techniques, and strategies.
- Always put them first before business (people first, business second)
- Recommend your products or other people’s products that can help them build, grow, and solve problems.
4. When writing your auto responder messages.
The next step is to write 14 email messages to deliver to your subscribers from your auto responder.
Send each email 2 days apart from each other that will let you have a month of follow-up-messages, with your email messages.
In your emails always ask your subscribers how they are doing, always give them a tip, technique, strategy that will benefit them,
always ask them how “how can I be of service to you”,
always ask them to take some sort of action on something, you could ask them to watch a video, comment on a blog post, or recommend a product for them to checkout (Important: remember do not sell, recommend products to them, but don’t sell) .
Building a know, like, and trust relationship with your subscribers is a process, so that means you have to be consistent, you have to do the same thing over and over while thinking up creative ways to make it bigger and better.
5. Driving Traffic To Your Squeeze Page.
The fastest way to drive quality targeted website traffic to your squeeze page. This technique I use to get instant targeted website traffic to my squeeze page. It’s a combination of social media and social business networks.
- Social Media Targeted Website Traffic Strategy.
I do this Daily I post to at least 10 facegroups and fanpages per day. You must be consistent with it.
What I do is I go to my facebook account I look for facebook groups and fan pages related to the free incentive that I’m giving away on my email list squeeze page; I type in the facebook search bar whatever keyword is related to the free incentive that I’m giving out.
Ok here is an example: lets’ say I’m giving away an email list building product as a free incentive in my squeeze page; what I do is I type in email list building in the search bar, when it gives me the results for email list building; I then set it to groups. When it gives me the results for email list building groups; I then join an email list building group once I join. I write a friendly message that is related to the free incentive I’m giving away on my squeeze page, at the end of the message I put the link to the squeeze page. For the facebook fan pages I would go and do the same process I did for the facebook groups. Using this strategy receive instant website targeted traffic to my squeeze page.
I do this one time everyday because twitter only allows a person to tweet the same tweet one time in a day.
I simply go to my twitter account. I write a friendly valuable message related to the free incentive I’m giving away in my squeeze page, and at the end of the message I put the link to the squeeze page; once I’m done I tweet. My friend, remember I do this every day it adds up. When you do this what happens is your tweet ends up in the search section where people can search it; people doesn’t even have to search it exactly, all they have to do is search a keyword that is related to your tweet, and easily your tweet will show up in the search section, and that equals a lot of traffic. Twitter is viral; it’s one of the most powerful traffic sources for me. Remember be consistent.
2.Social Business Networks Targeted Website Traffic Strategy.
I absolutely love apsense, it’s like a river flowing with targeted website traffic for your squeeze page. With apsense, they give me the option to post an article, and create a revpage. I post a short mini article related to my free incentive in the squeeze page, and I leave the link back to the squeeze page. Once I post the article, apsense has an “add this” social media share box, so what I do is I share the article to all the social media sites I’m a member of. The Revpage; I create a rev page and I add the link back to the squeeze page. Lastly I use the “add this” section to share the rev page to the social media sites I’m a member of.
In IboToolbox, I simply go to the section where it says blogger, once I do that I post a article related to the free incentive I’m giving away, and I leave a link back to the squeeze page. Once you do all that IboToolbox will spread the article you wrote, it spreads it to twitter, their Fcebook fanpage, and a lot more, so that means you get extra traffic when you post an article with e link back to your squeeze page in Ibootoolbox.
With Viral Networks; I go to the website section, write a friendly post related to the free incentive I’m giving out, and then I put a link back to the squeeze page.
I go to the “add content” section, and I write an article related to the free incentive that I’m giving out in the squeeze page, and I leave a link back to the squeeze page.
In together we earn, I go to the add content section, and I add a blog post related to the free incentive, after that I leave a link back to the squeeze page. Next I go to the forum, and I post a thread in the “marketing” section’ I post a friendly post related to the free incentive I’m giving, at the end of the post I leave a link back to the squeeze page.
